Privacy.
One list, one purpose. This page says what we keep, where it lives, and how to leave.
What we keep
When you join the Flock we keep your email address, the moment you joined, the page you joined from, and the language your browser asked for. Nothing else. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Our host keeps ordinary server logs for a short time, as every host does.
Why
To write to you about the first Migration, each Sighting, and the house. We write rarely. We never sell, rent or share the list, and we use it for nothing else.
Where it lives
The list is held by TuqueOn, Toronto, on servers run by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., in the United States. Your address therefore sits outside Canada and is subject to the laws there. It is stored in a private store that only the house can read.
Leaving
Every email we send carries a link to leave. You can also leave now, below. Your address is removed from the list the moment you ask, and nothing is kept.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it removed. The person responsible for personal information at TuqueOn is the founder; until the house opens a mailbox, this form is the way to reach us, and we answer every request. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Writing to us
If you write to us through the form on the site, we keep your name, your address, your subject and your message only as long as it takes to answer you, and we use them for nothing else. Your note is delivered to the founder.
Consent
Joining the Flock is your express consent to receive our emails, as Canada's anti-spam law asks. Each message will say who it is from and how to stop them. Nothing is sent to anyone who has not asked.
Leave the Flock
Enter the address you joined with. It is removed now.
This notice is dated October 2026 and will be revised when the house opens.
